Eight Persons Arrested

Eight Persons accused of Terrorists activities were arrested in Zabul and Khost provinces. The National Defense Ministry press office said to BNA, the Commando forces arrested the terrorists in two separately operation in Zabul and Khost provinces. Two persons arrested in Zabul and six others were arrested in Khost province. The National Army forces in an operation discovered six planted mines from Arghandaib and Meazan districts of Zabul province and Garashkic district of Helmand province as well. The National Defense Ministry presses offices said, a quantity of ammunitions were seized by the army corp. of 209 Shaheen from Sheer Beeg area Darzaib district in Jowzjan province. According to another report, the National Defense Ministry confirmed that three soldiers were injured in security activities in East and South of Afghanistan. The injured soldiers were transferred to the hospital and their health condition reported satisfactory.
