Taliban Sustained Fatalities in Ghazni

GHAZNI CITY (BNA) As many as 16 anti-government militias were killed and 10 more were wounded during clashes with Afghan security forces in central Ghazni province within the last 36 hours.
The conflicts took place, while a group of Taliban fighters launch attack on Afghan security forces’ base in Chahar Dewari region, Andar district of the province.
Tandar army corps by releasing a statement said, 16 terrorists including several Pakistani nationals were killed and 10 others were injured following the conflicts.
Taliban militants had plan to capture the military base, but didn’t succeeded, the statement added.
The terrorist group said nothing about the incident so far.
According to another report, 7 insurgents were killed and 11 more were wounded during sporadic clashes in Ghazni province as well.
The conflicts took place in central and districts of the province.
Also, Afghan national defense and security forces by discovering and confiscating 14 round of different type of mines succeeded to prevent several deadly incidents in crowded areas of Ghazni province.
