Daesh Group Sustained Heavy Fatalities in Recent Air and Ground Attacks

Jalalabad City (BNA) At least 17 members of Daesh terrorist group including Pakistani citizens were killed and several others were wounded during recent air and ground attacks carried out by Afghan security forces in different parts of eastern Nangarhar province.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman of Nangarhar governor said BNA reporter, the attacks were conducted to suppress Daesh loyalists in insecure areas of Roudat, Acheen and Koot districts of the province.
It has been said, there were no any damages suffered to civilians following the air attack.
According to another report, eight Daesh fighters were killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in Acheen district of the province.
The clashes occurred when a group of Daesh affiliates attacked on security forces convey in the district.
