Election, Afghanistan People’s Great Success, Qanooni

Kabul (BNA) First Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Younus Qanooni met yesterday with a number of universities’ teachers, knowledgeable figures, officials and directors of government institutions, elders and influenced figures of the country’s various areas. 
According to presidential press office to BNA, in the meeting, the first vice president briefed related to current conditions of the country and relevant issues to presidential elections and added the country’s elections were a big success for the people of Afghanistan.
He said extreme interest of Afghan people in going to polling stations has shown that the people believed in bright and developed future for their country. “One of the signs of the elections was carelessness of people to tribal and language issues and participating in the elections with national solidarity and unity,” the first vice president said.
The meeting was attended by a number of knowledgeable figures, teachers of the country’s universities, deputy ministers and directors for Ministry of Borders and Tribal Affairs and Ministry of Education, a number of elders and influenced figures of Dehsabz district of Kabul province.
