Herat (BNA) Eleven armed insurgents led by Mohammad Arif joined peace process in Herat province yesterday.
Sayed Fazlullah Wahidi governor of Herat said BNA, the insurgents had earlier destructive activities against government, given up violence and, joined peace process.
