India Hails ANSF Efforts For Releasing Kidnapped Aide

Kabul (BNA) The National security advisor, Mohammad Hanif Atmar met with Indian ambassador, Manpreet Vohra here in Kabul yesterday.
In the meeting both sides discussed Political, economic and security issues in the country.
Indian ambassador Manpreet Vohra praised ANSF’s efforts in releasing of Indian citizen from the clutches of kidnapers in Kabul, and also thanked Afghan government on behalf of Indian government.
He indicated his government’s training and development program for Afghan national police and assured his country’s continued cooperation with people and government of Afghanistan.
Meanwhile, Hanif Atmar said that Afghanistan needs its international and regional allies aid in equipping ANSDF for annihilation of its enemies, and discussed Afghanistan’s achievement in NATO conference of Warsaw and his journey to Russian Federation.
Atmar thanked Indian government for funding massive projects such as Salma dam or friendship dam, aid in equipping ANSF and as well as offering of scholarships to Afghan students. He further assured that the Afghan government will provide the best security for the Indian workers who are busy in development of projects in Afghanistan.
