MoIC Provincial Directors Briefed ‘Law On Access To Information’

Kabul (BNA) The Afghanistan’s media law three conference with participation of the provincial directors of Ministry of Information and Culture discussed the law on access to information on its second day here yesterday, BNA reported.
In the second day of the conference which is being organized on the initiative of the Ministry of Information and Culture with cooperation of Mediothek and financial support of the German embassy in Kabul, Deputy Minister on Publication Sayeda Mojgan Mostafavi, Sayed Akram Afzali director of Integrity Watch Afghanistan, Rahimullah Samandar chairman of the freelance journalist union of Afghanistan spoke related to law on access to information.
Danesh Karokhel in charge of Pajhwok news agency, Shamsulhaq Aryanfar head of government dailies, and Hamidullah Ahadzai acting director of plane and policy directorate of MoIC briefed the participants on activity of commission on access to information, distribution of government dailies in the provinces and the law on copy right. The head of copy right department of MoIC also spoke related to law on right of publishers and artists.
At the end participants of the conference attended the Q.A session.
