NDS: ISIS Shadow Governor For Kunduz Detained

Kabul (BNA) ISIS shadow governor for northern Kunduz province was arrested by National Directorate Security (NDS) personnel during a special military operation.
A source of NDS in the province stated BNA, Mawlavi Abdul Karim shadow governor of ISIS terrorist group with his man was arrested in Dewana Qeshlan region, Khan Abad district of Kunduz province.
