Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani received the outgoing Korean Ambassador Zha Hyoung Rhee, here at the presidential palace, a statement said.
During the meeting, President Ghani thanked the Republic of Korea for its continued support for peace and development in Afghanistan and said that there were many opportunities between the two countries to share experiences in areas of good governance and service delivery, the presidential press office statement added.
The President said that the Republic of Korea should share with Afghanistan its successful experiences in the training and digitization of civil servants.
The Ambassador of the Republic of Korea expressed satisfaction with his mission in Afghanistan and said that in addition to his fond memories of the country, the Republic of Korea supports all programs of the Afghan government, the statement added.
He added that the Republic of Korea stands by Afghanistan and that all social and political capacities must be maintained and continued in peace talks with the Taliban, according to the statement.
