Kabul (BNA) National Security Advisor, Mohammad Hanif Atmar met Chinese Ambassador to Kabul, Yao Jing the other day, his office said in a statement.
In the meeting, two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations, expansion of security and economic cooperation and joint fighting terrorism, the statement further said.
Pointing to his recent visit to Russia, Atmar called role of regional allies on fighting terrorism effective, the statement added.
Atmar also thanked China for its cooperation in ensuring peace and equipping of the Afghan security and defense forces, the statement added.
At the end, Chinese ambassador assured of his country’s continued cooperation with Afghanistan in different fields.
