Taliban Attack Repulsed By ANA In Kandahar, Marof District

Kandahar (BNA) Taliban attack on security checkpoints of Marof district Kandahar province was repulsed by ANA forces.
According to reports, a group of Taliban attacked on checkpoints of ANA forces in Marof district, Kandahar province.
A security source of Marof district told BNA, after attack of Taliban, heavy conflict among Taliban and ANA troops continues in Mirkhail region of the district.
The source said, the attack of Taliban was repulsed on ANA forces and heavy casualties inflected to Taliban.
According to reports, in the conflict, a local police was martyred and six others including a local commander of the post was also injured.
