Taliban Attack Repulsed By ANSF In Kunduz

Kunduz (BNA) Taliban attack was pushed back by ANSF in Qala-e-Zal district, Kunduz province.
General Mohammad Qasim Jangalbagh police chief of the province told BNA, armed Taliban attacked on the mentioned district which fortunately faced with sever resistance of ANSF and inflected heavy casualties to them.
He added in a conflict between Taliban and security forces, six armed insurgents including a senior commander of them were killed and six others were injured.
The source said, supplementary troops were sent to the district and their attack repulsed.
It is said that in the attack, four policemen were also injured and their health status reported satisfactory.
