Thirteen Martyred, 44 Wounded In Afghanistan American University Attack

Kabul (BNA) At least 13 people were martyred and 44 others were wounded following militants attack on Afghanistan American University in capital Kabul last night.
A suicide attacker exploded a car packed with explosive materials close to the wall of Afghanistan American University and two others attackers entered to the university and started clashes with guards of the university at 7:00 pm last night, which the clashes after 10 hours with killing the two attackers had been ended.
According to BNA report, Abdul Rahman Rahimi police chief of Kabul told media, 13 people including seven students, three policemen, two guards of the university and a guard of school blinds were martyred in the terrorist attack.
According to police, a suicide attacker with killing guard of school blinds was entered the car full of explosive materials in the school and exploded close to the wall of Afghanistan American University and opened the way to two other suicide attackers.
There were 800 students when the suicide attackers attacked on the university, police officials said.
Afghanistan American University is a credible university located in Darulaman area, Kabul city and about 1800 students are studying there, which most teachers of the university are foreign citizens.
There is no report about the killing and wounding of foreign nationals in the attack.
Few days ago also two teachers of the university were abducted by unknown gunmen, which their fate is not clear so far.
